Liz began her recruitment career over 20 years ago with Hays Construction and Property, specialising in Building Surveying, General Practice and Architectural vacancies. Covering South-East London and Kent she was a highly effective recruitment partner for the public and private sector. Clients included Local Authorities, Charities, Housing Associations, Consultancies, and other public organisations such as the Port of London Authority, Kent Police and Kent Fire and Rescue.
Liz joined Archer in 2021 as a Senior Consultant specialising in the London and South East building surveying market. Her remit covers general building surveying along with specialist profession services to include: Dilapidations, TDD, Neighbourly Matters, Party Walls, Boundary Disputes, Rights of Light, PPM and Contract Administration.
Key roles include Graduate Building Surveyor, Assistant Building Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Surveyor, Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, Senior Building Surveyor, Associate Building Surveyor, Associate Director Building Surveyor, Director Building Surveyor, MRICS.
