We’re working exclusively with a leading international consultancy that is investing heavily in the growth of its Mission Critical division across the United States. Due to a significant pipeline of hyperscale data centre projects, we’re looking to speak with ambitious Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers and Commercial Managers who are keen to relocate.

Dallas / Texas
Northern Virginia
Boston
Oklahoma
Chicago
Kansas
Additional locations as the business continues to expand

Quantity Surveyors
Cost Managers
Commercial Managers
Senior Quantity Surveyors
Senior Cost Managers

Ideally you’ll have experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Mission Critical / Data Centres
MEP Commercial Management
Hyperscale Developments
Major Infrastructure
Power & Energy
Oil & Gas
Industrial / Manufacturing

Experience with NEC, FIDIC or similar forms of contract would be advantageous.
