Project Manager – Data Centre A&A & Brownfield Conversions (Singapore)

Join a regional Data Centre business driving mission-critical infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead Alteration & Addition (A&A) works on existing sites and oversee the conversion of brownfield developments into state-of-the-art data centres.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of A&A projects across operational data centre sites in Singapore.
• Oversee brownfield development conversions, ensuring compliance with local codes and alignment with global standards.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to best-in-class quality.
• Conduct risk assessments, design reviews, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, resilient, and sustainable project outcomes.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in project execution, balancing operational continuity with construction excellence.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in managing construction or fit-out projects, ideally within mission-critical facilities.
• Strong technical expertise in MEP and CSA disciplines, with experience in live-site A&A works.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory environment, building codes, and statutory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid Employment Pass, E Pass or S Pass.
