Project Manager – Commercial Sector Experience
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) + innovative benefits package
Location: London (3 days per week in office preferred)
We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded Project Manager to assist our clients London based Associate director and local growing team for an expanding project portfolio. The successful candidate will have recent commercial fit out experience, however our client will also enable them to work across projects within sectors such as residential, education, local authority, defence, industrial, logistics and blue-light. You will be encouraged to work on a variety of sectors to your preference so you can broaden any experience you may have rather than being siloed.
You will be confident across the full project lifecycle, with proven capability in project deliver and client liaison. A strong working knowledge of JCT contracts is essential, with exposure to NEC considered advantageous.
