Archer Recruitment is partnering with a leading international real estate consultancy to source a Senior MEP Cost Manager for a major manufacturing site expansion. This is a strategic opportunity to join a globally respected business delivering complex cost and programme management solutions to major projects across APAC.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior MEP Cost Manager with deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to lead cost planning and commercial management. You’ll be embedded within a multidisciplinary client team, supporting delivery from pre-contract through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP cost planning, benchmarking, and value engineering
• Manage procurement strategy, tender analysis, and contract administration
• Collaborate with design, PM, and client stakeholders to ensure cost certainty and risk mitigation
• Provide commercial reporting, change control, and final account resolution

Candidate Profile

• Must have the legal right to live and work in Singapore
• 8+ years’ experience in MEP cost management within industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical sectors
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in APAC
• Strong understanding of regional procurement practices and cost drivers
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; MRICS or equivalent preferred
