Senior Level Project Manager/ Associate Director

Real Estate and Building Consultancy
Our Client, a Cost and Project Management Consultancy within the construction industry, providing a wide range of services to clients spanning several different sectors are seeking to recruit a Senior Level Project Manager in their London office with demonstrable workspace/corporate occupier experience.
 
Key areas of experience required –
  • Client engagement/Stakeholder management
  • London Workspace experience/Office experience/Corporate Occupier
  • Global client experience
  • Good understanding of JCT
The role of this Senior Level Project Manager includes the following key responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership to Project Management and External Project team.
  • Report to Global corporate business members on project status and seek decisions
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Navigate and prioritise competing client interests
  • Document and advise on the project solution, charter, brief and strategy
  • Manage a controlled change process through the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Ideally degree qualified in real estate, construction, project and/or cost management, engineering or surveying.
  • MAPM/MRICS other equivalent qualification or experience.
Remuneration:

Basic: £85,000 – £105,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Comprehensive Benefits Package. Full package details will be disclosed to those candidates invited to interview stage.
