Senior Quantity Surveyor

Archer Recruitment is working with an impressive cost consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to its London team. The business is led by 5 highly experienced Partners in the PQS market who have built up an excellent client base since founding the business in 2021.
The company has a varied workload and is currently working on projects including new build commercial and residential developments, office fit-outs, hotel, stadium redevelopment, and life sciences schemes.
They are also working on a number of major international projects in the Middle East at pre-contract stage, including high-rise towers, hotels, and mixed-use schemes.
The Senior QS will take the lead on a number of key projects, and support with managing junior members of the team, including apprentices and APC candidates.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with 5+ years’ cost consultancy experience. They should have excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills and a proven track record managing projects of a large capital value.
On offer is a salary between £65,000-75,000, plus 30 days annual leave, private healthcare, pension, gym memberships and other benefits. The company has a modern open-plan office close to Old Street, and hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.
There is excellent progression potential as the business continues to grow, with the opportunity to become a future equity partner.
