    Since opening our doors in early 2015, we have grown our headcount significantly in Asia and in mid 2016, we opened our second office in downtown Toronto, along with opening London UK towards the end of 2018.

    What We’re Looking For
    To continue with the execution of our growth plans we are looking to add an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to our Toronto office. We are looking for professionals who are interested in, or already specialise, in recruiting within the construction, property, engineering or energy sectors.
    This role will suit an executive search professional who also has a background in recruitment business development or sales strategies. The role will be a full '360 recruitment position' and the suitable candidate will need a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a similar capacity within a recruitment firm.
    As a business we are extremely 'job rich' right now, so to allow for a seamless transition into the team, any new consultants will be given the opportunity to work with existing clients and live roles as well as being tasked with developing new clients with the support of the Managing Partner.

    To be successful in the position, it is essential you have the following skills, attitude and experience:
    • A thorough understanding of the recruitment life-cycle
    • A demonstrable track record of consistent personal fee delivery
    • Excellent time management skills
    • New business development experience - phone and face to face
    • Strong candidate generation skills through the use of direct and passive sourcing techniques
    • Willingness to learn and develop themselves professionally
    • Highly motivated to take your earnings and career to the next level
    • You will be 'outcome focused' with a high level of motivation
    • Team player with an ethical approach
    Applicants with technical recruitment experience in construction, property, engineering or oil and gas will be highly regarded, however, candidates who possess a solid background in the recruitment sector in North America who are looking to change vertical markets are also encouraged to apply.
