Director, Solutions Engineering

Your Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Solutions director to oversee a Solutions Engineering team, focusing on technical sales, customer engagement, and project execution. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Solutions Engineering team across the APAC region.
• Engage with prospects, conduct site tours, and manage sales processes.
• Design preliminary solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop cost-engineering models and provide on-site project support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Ideally from a Data Centre background,  however other mission critical experience will be considered
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proven experience managing client requests and being able to translate these to internal business units
• Technical knowledge in Electrical engineering and Networking.
