Project Manager
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
Our client, a global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing central London based EMEA team.
The focus of the successful candidates work would vary from office fit-out and refurbishment for a variety of corporate commercial framework clients within the EMEA region, with experience in these sectors preferred. The client is also looking for somebody with demonstrable experience of running projects with minimal oversight from brief to handover.
At least 4-8 years of experience in a Project Management capacity is required, ideally at a consultancy, however candidates from another background such as cost or Architectural will be considered but you will need to have an understanding of what a consultant Project Manager is responsible for.
The ideal candidate would possess a relevant Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture. In addition to a thorough understanding and the ability to carry out projects based on the most appropriate methodology – e.g. the RIBA Plan of Work, Prince 2, Government Frameworks etc.
On offer is a salary up to £55,000 as well as a fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare and pension contribution.
