We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team in London, a distinguished player in the Commercial and Residential projects sector. Our client is recognised for their commitment to excellence, and they are looking for a seasoned professional to lead projects to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee both Commercial and Residential projects from conception to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring successful execution.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status to stakeholders.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple aspects of refurbishment and new build projects within the Commercial and Residential sectors.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse project teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Construction Management, etc.).
Proven experience in leading both Commercial and Residential refurbishment and/or new build projects.
Professional chartership with RICS, CIOB, or APM is highly desirable.
Exceptional project management skills, including budget control and schedule management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation and Package:

The base salary for this senior role is competitive and will be in the range of £60,000 to £80,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
