Cost Consultant - Rail

Archer Recruitment is working with a well-known international construction consultancy to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager / Cost Consultant to its Infrastructure business in London, working primarily on major projects in the Rail sector.
The company has a highly experienced team working in the sector, on commissions for clients including HS2, Transport for London and Network Rail. They are actively recruiting to grow the team due to new project wins and looking to recruit experienced Commercial Managers at all levels up to Associate.
They are interested in Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor candidates with experience in Rail, Highways, Utilities, or other civil engineering sectors, who have experience with the NEC3 contracts suite. Candidates will ideally be chartered or working towards it.
The business has a brand-new central London office and have maintained flexibility for hybrid working. The company invests heavily in its people development, with excellent progression potential as well as opportunities to relocate overseas in the future.
At Commercial Manager level, a salary up to £60k is on offer, plus car allowance, 25 days holiday, private medical, life insurance and an enhanced pension scheme.
