Project Surveyor - Higher Education & Life Sciences

Archer Recruitment is working with a leading London construction consultancy to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on projects in Higher Education & Life Sciences.
This person will be joining a highly experienced and respected team, working closely alongside a Partner on both new build and refurbishment projects for prestigious clients including LSE, Imperial College and Warwick University.
Candidates for this role should have at least 2 years’ consultancy experience in the built environment. They will need to be client facing, proactive, and able to use their own initiative. Candidates should have experience in running their own, smaller projects.
The client will consider candidates who are recently chartered or otherwise working towards their APC. They have an excellent internal APC programme as well as many other CPD courses to support employees with their development and career progression.
A salary between £45,000-60,000 is on offer depending on level of experience, plus 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional fees paid.
