Project Director

A global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for a highly experienced Chartered Project Director for a newly secured Commercial Build project working along side a well known developer in the London market. They are currently undergoing a period of growth on the back of a healthy pipeline and some fantastic project wins.
  
The successful candidate will have high value Commercial Project experience at Director level in similar roles with at least 15 years in a Project Management capacity ideally at a consultancy, however candidates with experience in addition from developers and also main contractors will be considered.

  
On offer is a salary up to £125,000 dependent on experience as well as a fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare and pension contribution.
  
Ideally, you will be a Chartered professional as well as having a relevant Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture.
