Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a specialist construction consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-quality services across the Residential sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their London office.

You will be joining an experienced team working on residential regeneration schemes and new build projects for both private developers and affordable housing providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Production of cost plans for New Build Residential regeneration, Mixed Used Projects, and experience of infrastructure projects.
Estimating from RIBA Stage 0 initial concepts through to RIBA Stage 7.
Client liaison and attending design team meetings.
Cost exercises for clients including Value Engineering.
Tendering.
Reviewing and analysing Main Contractors Tender submissions.
Client side Valuations and certification.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.
Understanding of JCT Design & Build Contracts and PCSA Agreements
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A salary up to £75,000 is offered, plus benefits including discretionary bonus, private medical cover, private pension, 25 days holiday and professional subscription fees.
