Assistant Project Manager
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
A global multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing central London team.
The focus of the successful candidates work would vary from office fit-out and refurbishment within a variety of commercial as well as industrial projects, with experience in these sectors preferred but not necessary. The client is also looking for somebody with demonstrable experience of being instrumental in projects with minimal oversight.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management capacity is required, ideally at a consultancy however candidates from developers and also main contractors will be considered but you will need to have an understanding of what a consultant Project Manager is responsible for.
The ideal candidate would possess a relevant Technical Degree in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture. In addition to a thorough understanding and the ability to carry out projects based on the most appropriate methodology – e.g. the RIBA Plan of Work, Prince 2, Government Frameworks etc.
On offer is a salary up to £45,000 as well as a fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare and pension contribution.
