Job Description:
- Reporting to Director
- Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR report etc
- Propose ideas and organizing professional networking event
- Increase employer branding through creative content creating via social media channels
- Propose ideas and organizing company welfare activities or engagement events
- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior management to align initiatives with company goals and workforce planning
- Develop and update HR policy and compliance in respect with the Singapore laws and regulations
- Foreign worker welfare and retention
- Advise business leaders on strategies to better support on induction of new hires and learning programmes for staff development skills
- Employee relations and conflict resolution: Manages employee issues and passionate in addressing organization employees’ needs and issues
- Analyze financial and HR data / analytics for benchmarking
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions primarily in foreign worker management.
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business / Psychology / Law or relevant field
- Possesses at least 10 – 15 of HR experience in construction industry
- Familiar with MOM regulations and employment law
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Creative thinking and analytical skills
