Head of Project Management

Real Estate and Building Consultancy

My Client is a prominent Developer with properties across Asia. They have successfully developed and acquired properties across the region, ranging from mixed-use to retail properties, including healthcare. They are currently seeking a key leadership hire who will oversee all the properties under the Group, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the project management team to deliver the projects within established budget and timeline
Handle site activities and oversee site works to achieve good quality
Strict monitoring of work progresses, qualities, productivities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, qualities, productivities and within quantities.
Responsible for the periodic progress reports of the project
Manage project budget and cost
Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
Resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and any related third parties
Coordinate with internal business units and external consultants to manage quality of construction
Review the procurement of various service contracts
Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
Identify and resolve site technical problems
Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or any related field
At least 15 years of relevant experience in the built environment
Recent experience in Singapore and China essential
Knowledgeable in processes from cradle to grave
Strong leadership skills and natural ability to lead teams across different countries.
