Aaron Benton

Aaron’s career in recruitment began in early 2007 with a global PLC, as a junior consultant, in a startup office, specialising in recruiting mid to senior positions in Design & Construction across the Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Civil and Heavy Infrastructure Sectors. He completed the company training program and fast-tracked his career to senior consultant in minimal time based on exceptional performance.

In 2009 Aaron relocated to Singapore with the same company joining their Oil and Gas team specialising in recruiting mid to senior permanent positions, across EPCI within the upstream sector, for both onshore and offshore projects. After a successful year in Singapore as the top biller, he decided to take a career break and took a year off to travel.

During this time, Aaron started his own company and he was responsible for all turnkey operations as the company’s Managing Director. Aaron sold his company in 2012 and became a sponsored ambassador and player for Hero Poker.

Aaron joined Archer Recruitment at its inception in 2014 as a founding staff member focusing on launching the brand throughout Asia, and in March 2015 he was tasked with developing Archer’s expansion into new International Markets. With a strong understanding of design and construction across various industries, he’s currently focusing on the Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Civil & Infrastructure and Cost Management Consultancies sectors across Canada and the US.
