Andrey’s career in professional recruitment started in 2012 in Oil and Gas and further expanded to include other industries such as Energy, Corporate Services and Light Industrial. During his career he has worked across both agency and in-house recruitment, which gives him an in depth knowledge of in house talent acquisition and pipelining, combined with the skills of an executive head hunter. Recruiting within the Oil and Gas Industry, Andrey has worked with all crafts to help further their careers, such as; Insulators, Pipefitters, Ironworkers, Millwrights, Electricians, Labourers, Forepersons, Welders and Scaffolders.
Andrey has a strong educational background in Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Technical Sales and Business Administration. Additionally, he currently holds the position of a University Football Coach and has an extensive coaching experience spanning 24 years, he is also heavily involved in the recruitment of athletes.
Key focus include: Energy, Commercial, Civil and Infrastructure Construction, and Corporate Services, across both Canada and the USA.
