Daniel’s role as Regional Director is focused on growing the team and Archer’s brand presence in the marketplace, whilst delivering as the sector lead for all Project and Development Management vacancies.
Previously founder and owner of Delta Genesis Consulting Ltd for 10 years offering recruitment companies and users of recruitment services board level strategic advice, including Archer since its launch in Singapore in 2015. Daniel’s recruitment career included Director of International Operations and Talent Acquisition strategies for Resourcing Solutions (Now Matchtech), two years with Renard Resources as Managing Director. He progressed over 15 years with Beresford Blake Thomas from Consultant to Director, now Randstad, from a small operation of 6 employees to a global operation of over 700 operating out of 40 offices. His first recruitment role was in 1989 with Cadsearch operating in the UK CAD market having initially trained for 3 years as a CAD Draughtsman.
