Daniel has over 30 years professional business-to-business recruitment experience, having worked for small, medium and global staffing businesses developing an in-depth knowledge of the industry. He has an extensive and broad range for experience working in roles from consultant to board level whilst recruiting, training, managing, directing and developing businesses both domestically and internationally in several sectors. During that time Daniel spent fifteen years with a global consultancy where he was a part of the senior management team that grew from 6 employees to a global operation of over 700 operating out of 40 offices.
At Archer Daniel is responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Talent, Leadership and Culture strategy including development, training and internal hiring. Daniel's focus is to enhance and develop the organisation's ability to attract and retain top talent at all levels from around the world to support growth.
