After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Business Administration from the University of Glamorgan in Wales, UK, Jon has spent 17 years as a talent acquisition specialist.
Jon’s talent acquisition journey started in 2006, initially within the energy sector in the UK and USA. Since moving to Singapore in 2014, Jon has focused on helping companies involved in the design, engineering, and construction of landmark buildings and transport infrastructure facilities across Asia.
Over the years recruiting internationally, Jon has established a large network of candidates and clients across APAC and the Middle East and will now forefront Archer’s Middle East desk, recruiting across construction, engineering, and property sectors.
