Samantha has a Bachelors in Commerce, with double majors in PR & Marketing from Curtin University. She began her recruitment calling in 2011 with an international specialist PLC, highly focused in real estate and construction & engineering. Samantha started her professional career with a renowned Developer in Singapore where she honed her skills in business development and delivery and had also established a wide network of industry professionals. Having come from industry, she possesses great knowledge in roles and trends, with a strong pedigree in candidate and client management.
Samantha is the Regional Manager for APAC responsible for the day to day operations and strategic growth of Archer Recruitment's Singapore office and within the region.
She maintains an active recruitment role and specialise in recruitment to the Real Estate and Construction space throughout the Asia Pacific region, and is extensively networked across the market . She is responsible for roles within the whole project lifecycle from design to build, asset and investment management and have recruited mid to senior management positions for contractors, client-side, Developers and Funds.
