She kickstarted her recruitment journey with an international recruitment agency, focusing on permanent and contract positions for corporate function roles across various industries. She is highly skilled in effectively filling positions on a timely manner and demonstrated proven track record of managing exclusive recruitment projects. Serena loves food-hunting and drama marathons at home during her free time.
In 2021, Serena joined Archer Recruitment as a Consultant and is responsible for recruiting in the construction space for the Asia Pacific region. She thrives on challenges and aims to provide great client and candidate experience during the entire journey.
