Stan Mandarich
Principal Consultant - Design & Construction & Cost Management
Stan has 15 years experience working in the staffing and search consultancy industry in Canada and the United States. He has previously held corporate roles with a Fortune 500 multinational staffing company, where he was responsible for implementing ISO 9000 Quality Standards across a network of 50 field offices in all provinces of Canada. After his promotion to the World Headquarters in the USA, he supported the international subsidiaries with access to assessment and training tools. He worked on several global IT projects including implementation of HR Open Standards (HR-XML) to enable data exchange with vendors and clients. He also spent 5 years as a 360 Recruiter in the New York Healthcare market with full responsibility for client development and candidate recruitment.
Stan has been active in industry groups, having served on the Board of Director of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS) as well as an Ontario WSIB-funded safe workplace association (a predecessor of the current Workplace Safety & Prevention Services organization). He has earned the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation through ACSESS and is a Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional (CHP) with the American Staffing Association, and he holds dual US-Canadian citizenship.
Stan comes to the construction, real estate and engineering sectors with a strong background in Occupational Heath and Safety and an understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
At Archer Recruitment Stan will be specialising in Design, Construction and Cost Management across Canada and the USA.
