Real Estate and Building Consultancy
As a member of the Data Centre team within, you will play a key role in identifying, pursuing, and nurturing sales opportunities within the DC business line, driving the expansion of business unit.

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities to meet and exceed set sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with both current and prospective clients.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline by exploring emerging market opportunities and capitalizing on existing ones.
  • Contribute to the growth of DCS through the creation and execution of a nationwide business strategy.
  • Lead and participate in client-facing meetings, including pitches and presentations.
  • Develop tailored solutions that enhance clients’ business performance and success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
  • Prepare and deliver exceptional sales proposals and tender responses.
  • Collaborate with local experts across functional and account management teams.
  • Work closely with Area General Managers and Account Leads to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide support to the regional team in strategic pursuits.


To succeed in this role, you’ll bring the following strengths and experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the facilities services, data centre, critical facilities, or infrastructure sectors, including a minimum of 6 years in sales or business development.
  • A strong network within the Data Centre industry is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong financial and commercial insight.
  • Self-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
