Assistant Project Manager
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
The London Project Management market continues to signs of strength and resilience with a number of sectors gathering pace, successful RFPs and the need for new talent in the industry.
This role is quite unique and sits as part of a specialist Technical Service Team who are focused on delivering Technical (M&E) project management services for clients across a wide spread of mainly developer clients on complex new build and refurbishment projects.
Candidates will need to have an engineering biased Degree and have some experience either working for a consultancy or alternatively working for an M&E contractor.
Ideally, you will have at least 18 months of experience working within the industry and on projects within the built environment and NOT from an infrastructure background.
Office location is in the City of London – 5 days per week working in the office or on project/client visits.
Candidates can expect a remuneration package of a base salary between £35,000-£45,000 plus company benefits.
