Assistant Project Surveyor - Commercial Sector

Archer is currently working with a dynamic independent cost consultancy to recruit an Assistant Project Surveyor to its commercial development team in London.
The team is led by three experienced Partners, and work on an impressive range of central London projects for blue chip developer clients including British Land, Blackstone and Landsec.
The Assistant Project Surveyor will be working alongside senior members of the team and be given responsibility for pre and post-contract QS duties on a portfolio of projects. Duties will include producing cost estimates and plans, managing the tender process, monitor the status of projects and attend site meetings, and negotiating final account settlements.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related discipline, and have at least 12 months experience in a cost consultancy role. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and be capable of establishing strong client relationships.
On offer is a salary up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave, paid RICS fees, health insurance and bonus.
