Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An independent London construction consultancy is recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced cost management team.
The company has an excellent reputation and works on projects across a range of sectors including residential, hotels, student accommodation, commercial, heritage & leisure.
The Assistant QS will be working closely alongside an Associate in the team on projects in the Residential sector, and will get exposure to a mix of both new build and refurb/remediation schemes.
The business has a non-corporate feel and close-knit, sociable team. They have a modern office in central London and hybrid working with 3 days a week office-based.
For this role, candidates will have a degree qualification in quantity surveying or similar and 2+ years’ consultancy experience. They will also need to be experienced in the use of CostX and CADMeasure. The business has an excellent APC programme to support candidates complete their RICS chartership.
This role is offering a salary up to £45,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
