king an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Building Surveyor with 3–5 years’ post-qualified experience to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and growing environment, working on a wide range of refurbishment and repositioning projects across London and the South East.

The Role The successful candidate will work across a broad mix of project and professional instructions, with a particular focus on refurbishment-led schemes, including:

• Office refurbishments and fit-outs
• Cat A / Cat B projects
• Asset repositioning and value-add initiatives
• Contract administration and project delivery
• Technical due diligence and building pathology
• Planned preventative maintenance advice
• Client liaison and stakeholder management

Projects will predominantly involve commercial assets, with exposure to high-profile investor and occupier clients.

Candidate Requirements Applicants should ideally possess:

• MRICS qualification (or be approaching APC completion)
• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ relevant Building Surveying experience
• Strong refurbishment and project delivery exposure
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
