Associate Director

Our valued repeat client, a leading consultancy based in a central London is offering an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to help shape London’s commercial market. Working within the Office, Residential and Occupier spaces you would possess a proven track record within the Commercial New Build and Refurbishment sectors with a particular high level of focus on business development. 

As an Associate Director you will be expected to be confident in delivering large projects whilst managing and mentoring junior staff. This team are not just about the experience but also about personality and fit, promoting a really good team culture, hard work ethic and also enjoying the work that you do. 

The top tier of leadership in this business are approachable, and entrepreneurial and will provide guidance and support for candidates to progress into further leadership roles. 

Candidates need to be client facing, have a good understanding of JCT contracts and comfortable with contract administration as well as having a proven track record delivering “best in class” projects within the consultancy arena.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but as a guideline will likely be up to £95,000 plus a very good benefits package and bonus.
