Associate Director - Chartered Building Surveyor

If you enjoy working on projects within the city then this could be the ideal role for you. Our client is recruiting for their projects team and looking for an Associate, an Associate Director and Director. 

About the role and about You 

The projects team have a great split of work from the internal property team and external clients. Internally they have a great reputation with the property team and are looking to build on this to enable them to maximise their revenue. As a top tier consultancy they are also working with many prestigious external clients and have a great variety of work across London. They do a lot of work with high value City assets, they do around 800 licences to alter a year, and lots of decarbonisation work, cladding refurbishment/repair, and plant replacement as part of the decarbonisation projects. They do lots of fit-out projects and values range from £1m upwards but on average around £4M.

Salary is negotiable but typically circa £70+ and a highly competitive bonus ££££ which would increase the overall package quite considerably.
