Working within a top tier consultancy team you will be responsible for managing the Licence to Alterations across the team for both commercial and residential clients. They have a large number of instructions and the ideal candidate will be motivated in capitalising on this as a business area.
The team are highly experienced and despite being a large corporate there is an excellent culture with a friendly and supportive nature. They offer hybrid working, excellent office facilities and enjoy social activities as a team.
