Associate Director
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience) + innovative benefits package
Location: Birmingham (3 days per week in office preferred)
We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded Associate Director to assist the regional director and local growing team for a growing project portfolio. The successful candidate will have strong local knowledge and experience enabling them to work across projects within sectors such as residential, education, local authority, commercial fit-out, defence, industrial, logistics and blue-light. You will be encouraged to work on a variety of sectors to broaden any experience you may have rather than being siloed.
You will be confident across the full project lifecycle, with proven capability in project delivery, client liaison and business development. A strong working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential, with exposure to JCT considered advantageous.
