The scheme has secured post-hybrid planning consent and is now progressing into the next critical stages of delivery.
This landmark regeneration project will create a mixed-use, living-led destination, incorporating private residential, co-living, student accommodation, office, hotel, and high-quality public realm — representing a genuinely unique development opportunity within the London market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage and control masterplan budgets to ensure long-term commercial viability
- Develop and maintain integrated masterplan programmes to support efficient and coordinated delivery
- Assess and implement optimal phasing strategies across plots, infrastructure and public realm
- Lead stakeholder engagement across public and private interfaces to drive alignment and progress
- Support funding strategies, JV structures, tender processes and development due diligence
- Manage consultant procurement and lead the appointment of multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with the Building Safety Act and evolving legislation
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in pure Project Management, with the ability to operate autonomously
- Strong background in private residential and/or master-planned developments
- Previous client-side or developer-facing experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and coordinate complex,
- multi-stakeholder urban schemes
