Associate Director - Technical Due Diligence

Are you a a specialist in Technical Due Diligence? If so then this could be the perfect opportunity to join a growing team within an award winning property consultancy within their specialist TDD team.
About the role and about You
As a member of the TDD team you will have the opportunity to deliver Technical Due Diligence on some of London’s iconic buildings. This role will be client facing with both internal and external clients being serviced.
At present over 60% of the instructions are from internal clients and you will be working closely with the investment and agency teams. Business development will be a key part of this role, our client is looking for someone with the motivation to make the most out of internal and external business leads.
Technical due diligence requires dedicated, specialist teams of chartered building surveyors and engineers to properly appraise a building. The condition of a building is important, but today’s more rigorous and commercial environment calls for TDD to become a key risk-management tool to help identify the limitations and opportunities of an investment.
What is on offer

Base Salary is negotiable but typically circa £66k + £6K car + competitive bonus which would increase the overall package quite considerably.
