We are assisting a leading UK wide independent real estate consultancy in the search for an experienced Chartered Associate Project Manager based out of either Milton Keynes or Birmingham to deliver Midlands based commercial, industrial refurbishments, and ESG-focused projects.
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager ready to make an impact? Join a leading independent real estate consultancy and be pivotal to our Project Management service in the Midlands. You’ll lead a team of project Managers and surveyors delivering end to end project management for commercial and industrial refurbishments working with leadership to drive business growth providing excellent client care and spearhead business development.
Ideally you will be chartered and have experience managing refurbishment projects up to £2 million+, a strong background in commercial real estate, especially industrial/logistics and office sectors as well as a proven leadership and business development skills.
On offer is a salary up to £70,000 experience dependant as well as a fantastic benefits scheme including private healthcare, life insurance, season ticket loan, 5% Employer pension contribution, 25 days of holiday and an extra day off on your birthday, Cycle to work scheme, retail vouchers, gym and retail discounts, EV car scheme and longevity awards
