We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our client’s team in London, a distinguished player in the Commercial and Residential projects sector. Our client is recognised for their commitment to excellence, and they are looking for a skilled professional to lead projects to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee both Commercial and Residential projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring successful execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple aspects of refurbishment and new build projects within the Commercial and Residential sectors.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Construction Management, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading both Commercial and Residential refurbishment and/or new build projects.
  • Professional chartership with RICS, CIOB, or APM is essential.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including budget control and schedule management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation and Package:

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be in the range of £75,000 to £95,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
