Associate Project Manager
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
Candidates must have a proven consultancy background in an Employers Agent capacity ideally in Project Management, a Quantity Surveying background will also be considered. JCT Contract knowledge is essential for the role. You will need to be client facing as this will be working with the in-house construction & development team alongside manging a Tier 1 contractor on the job.
It is essential that you have worked in the Built Environment and have a good understanding on new build developments. Ideally, candidates will have experience in the Data Centre market but Industrial, Logistics, Healthcare & Manufacturing experience would also be considered.
You will need to be client facing as this will be working with the in-house construction & development team alongside manging a Tier 1 contractor on the job.
This role is based a minimum of four but realistically five days per week on site in North West London.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus company benefits to include private medical, pension and generous bonus.
