Associate Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued success and team growth, a Senior Partner is now looking to recruit an Associate-level Quantity Surveyor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best and most experienced QS teams in London, to work on a range of projects, currently including the refurbishment of an iconic London office tower, new build commercial and mixed-use schemes, and purpose build student accommodation developments.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• A proven track record managing commercial projects of a large capital value
• Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
• Business development experience
• MRICS is essential
