  • Valuations, cost reporting and forecasting
  • Subcontract administration
  • Commercial risk management
  • Client-facing commercial support within a Design & Build structure
This role requires someone capable of operating independently while contributing positively to the wider commercial and delivery team.

We are looking for a confident and capable QS who:
  • Has 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
  • Comes from a contractor background
  • Has strong NEC (NEC3/NEC4 ECC) experience
  • Has Design & Build project exposure
  • Has worked at a sustained senior/intermediate level
  • Has experience in linear infrastructure (utilities, street works, water, electricity, service diversions, etc.)
  • Is personable, client-facing and commercially astute
  • Takes feedback constructively and works collaboratively
  • Is proactive, ambitious and technically strong
  • Can work independently and manage packages with minimal supervision
MRICS preferred, but candidates working toward APC are encouraged — full chartership support available.

The Opportunity
  • High-profile London infrastructure scheme
  • Direct exposure to a major data centre client
  • Strong commercial autonomy within a D&B environment
  • Long-term progression and opportunity to move onto future projects
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor seeking responsibility on a technically complex infrastructure scheme within a respected consultancy environment.
