Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Source and develop new hyperscale data centre opportunities, including build-to-suit projects
- Generate leads and secure new clients requiring bespoke data centre solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential tenants, vendors, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence and revenue
- Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Demonstratable knowledge on the North Asia and Japan Data Centre Markets
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen
- In-depth understanding of the data centre industry, with particular experience of hyperscale and build-to-suit models required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
