Suffolk 3 days per week (either live nearby or willing to stay overnight)

We are recruiting Commercial Managers and Senior Commercial Managers on behalf of a leading consultancy supporting the delivery of a major UK infrastructure programme involving civils and enabling works within a complex project environment.
These are permanent opportunities offering long-term project exposure, with programme delivery expected to run for a minimum of 12 months and extending to approximately 4 years.
The Roles
Successful candidates will support the coordination and commercial delivery of key programme workstreams as part of a wider integrated project team. The client is seeking commercially focused professionals with strong NEC3 capability and a delivery-led approach.
Sector experience is flexible and there is no requirement for nuclear or power backgrounds. Candidates from infrastructure, construction, civils, rail, utilities or similar complex project environments are encouraged to apply.

Commercial Manager
- Approximately 5+ years’ commercial experience
- Ideally candidates will have completed an apprenticeship degree programme with several years’ post-graduate industry experience
- Strong NEC3 contract administration experience
- Experience managing:
- Payments
- Change management
- Contract administration
- Commercial coordination and reporting
- 10+ years’ commercial management experience
- Strong NEC3 expertise
- Proven experience in:
- Payment applications
- Compensation events
- Commercial governance and programme delivery
- Eligibility for BPSS clearance is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery capability
- Permanent employment basis
- Client interview process required
