Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in government and private sector projects. As they have successfully secured a new project, they are looking for experienced Construction Manager for a large building project.

Job Description:

Oversees and monitor construction progress for the assigned zone
Manpower planning, preparing master schedule, budgeting cost control and day to day operational inspections
Sub-contractor management and liaison with clients / consultants
Material / machinery cost control planning within the designated budget
Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers to resolve any site issues and comply with authority requirements

Requirements:

Min Diploma / Degree in Construction Management or relevant field
Possesses at least 8 years of building project management experience
Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
