Cost Management Lead - Data Centres

Do you have a passion for all things Data Centres? Archer Recruitment is working with an international cost and project management consultancy to recruit a Data Centre Lead in London, to deliver projects across the UK and Europe.
The business has DC teams in other locations internationally and some existing client relationships, and are now looking for someone to lead the work in the sector in Europe. They are looking for a candidate who is technically competent and familiar with the complexities surrounding hyperscale Data Centre delivery. Ideally you will have worked for either a Data Centre Developer or UK Consultancy delivering projects within the sector, and have a network of potential clients to develop.
This person will be the primary contact for DC clients in the region, take the lead on project delivery and grow a team of surveyors as the workload continues to grow. The company is well established in the UK with multiple regional offices, and experienced QS & PM teams to provide support where required.
The client will consider candidates at Associate Director or Director level, and can be flexible on the salary and benefits package dependent on the candidate.
