This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to help shape London’s commercial market with one of the city’s leading consultancies based in a central London location. Working within the Office, Residential and Occupier spaces you would possess a proven track record within the Commercial New Build and Refurbishment sectors with a particular high level of focus on business development.

As Director you will be expected to be confident in delivering large projects whilst managing and mentoring junior staff. This team are not just about the experience but also about personality and fit, promoting a really good team culture, hard work ethic and also enjoying the work that you do.

The top tier of leadership in this business are approachable, and entrepreneurial and will provide guidance and support for candidates to progress into further leadership roles.

Candidates need to be client facing, have a good understanding of JCT contracts and comfortable with contract administration as well as having a proven track record delivering “best in class” projects. Striving for this level of success and achievement as a business means that my client would welcome the opportunity to consider professionals from a developer, contracting or architectural background as well as those with out and out consultancy experience.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but as a guideline will likely be up to £110,000 plus a very good benefits package and bonus.
