Tired of roles where your voice goes unheard?

Want the freedom to do your best work — while actually having a life outside of it?

Here, you’ll get the high autonomy you’ve been looking for. Your ideas won’t just sit in someone’s inbox, they’ll shape how we operate. During peak project periods, you’ll lean in, but outside of that, you’ll dial it back and enjoy a real work life balance.

You’ll also get front-row access to some of the most cutting-edge data centre developments happening in Asia right now.

If you’re ready to step up and build your career on your terms, this is your moment.

You’ll be doing things like:
  • Supervising the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical environment systems to keep 100% uptime.
  • Working closely with vendors and contractors to maintain top-tier standards.
  • Troubleshooting, evaluating and recommending system upgrades and improvements.
  • Maintaining and improving electrical procedures (EOPs, SOPs, MOPs) to stay sharp and current.
  • Helping drive technician training and safety programs across the site.
Why you’ll love it here:
  • High autonomy — Trust to do the job your way.
  • Career progression — Your ideas are heard and actioned.
  • Genuine work-life balance — Busy project phases, but downtime outside of them.
  • Next-gen exposure — Get hands-on with the most advanced data centre builds in Asia.
The firm:
They are a major player in the data centre world, supporting some of the most complex and high-spec facilities across Asia. With a strong track record in sustainable innovation and hyperscale developments, they’re big enough to offer serious career growth, but still personal enough that your work (and your name) will be known and valued.

What you’ll need:
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years (Degree) or 5–8+ years (Diploma) direct critical environment experience.
  • Expertise in electrical systems like UPS, switchgear, transformers, DRUPS, ATS/STS, and more.
  • Strong communication skills — clear with clients, contractors, and your own team.
  • Experience with MV and LV switching procedures (LEW preferred but not essential).
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience is a huge plus.
