- Supervising the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical environment systems to keep 100% uptime.
- Working closely with vendors and contractors to maintain top-tier standards.
- Troubleshooting, evaluating and recommending system upgrades and improvements.
- Maintaining and improving electrical procedures (EOPs, SOPs, MOPs) to stay sharp and current.
- Helping drive technician training and safety programs across the site.

What you’ll need:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years (Degree) or 5–8+ years (Diploma) direct critical environment experience.
- Expertise in electrical systems like UPS, switchgear, transformers, DRUPS, ATS/STS, and more.
- Strong communication skills — clear with clients, contractors, and your own team.
- Experience with MV and LV switching procedures (LEW preferred but not essential).
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience is a huge plus.
