Executive Director (MEP)

A leading engineering consultancy group is seeking to hire an Executive Director to lead their MEP division in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelors Degree & Post Graduate Degree in mechanical, electrical and/or building services engineering
Professional membership status MHKIE, MIMechE, MIET, MCIBSE or equivalent
Circa 20+ years’ post-chartered experience
Circa 10+ years’ experience in managing teams
Experience in managing P&L
Proven technical design capabilities in MEP division
Track record of delivering large scale HK assignments
Excellent understanding of HK construction regulation and legislation
Familiar with the government submission procedures
Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable
