Junior / Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Archer Recruitment is currently working with a privately owned property group spanning residential development, industrial, retail and office sectors who are looking to appoint a Junior / Trainee Quantity Surveyor in Surrey.
 
They have a portfolio of circa 750 units and asset value of over £120 million across the UK. In-house end-to-end expertise through acquisition, construction, asset management and disposal.
 
You will work very closely with a Commercial lead and Project Team on schemes throughout London and Southern Home ranging from £5m to £10m.
 
Requirements
  • Manage Liaison and compliance with planning officials, local authorities and building control to ensure compliance with conditions and regulations.
  • Manage initial Budgets, Tender process, Contractual relationships and RFI’s.
  • Project financial administration.
  • Utilities applications and management including M&E.
  • Produce and manage Construction processes.
  • Appoint and manage the design team.
  • Lead Programme & key dates.
  • Set and monitor quality throughout the project.

On offer for this Junior / Trainee Quantity Surveyor role is a basic salary of up to £25,000 – £35,000 per annum plus, travel allowance, pension, and healthcare.
